张士谦简介
张士谦，男，工伤赔偿法律网创建者、首席工伤律师。毕业于河北大学，法学学士。
自2000年从事法律工作，注重分析案件细节，总结经验，创办工伤赔偿法律网，专注交通运输、建筑、矿山、危险化学品生产等领域的安全工伤事故维权，破解工伤维权时间长、程序复杂难题。并先后为广东、北京、河南、湖北、贵州等群体职业病患者提供维权指导。在《社会保险法》、修改《工伤保险条例》之际，多次向立法机关提出立法建议、修改建议。发表《精神损害赔偿问题研究》《劳动者的权利与义务》《夫妻共同财产分析》《工伤待遇与交通事故损害赔偿》等论文。撰写《名律师带你打工伤赔偿官司》，为面临维权困境的工伤职工指点迷津。
Zhang Shiqian is the founder of the Work-Related Injury Compensation Website and the chief attorney in work-related injury cases. He graduated from Hebei University with a Bachelor of Law. Since beginning legal practice in 2000, he has paid attention to case details, summed up prior experience, founded the Work-Related Injury Compensation Website, and focused on advocating for workers’ rights in work-related injury cases in transportation, construction, mining, and dangerous chemicals production areas. He has provided legal rights guidance to people with occupational diseases in Guangdong, Beijing, Henan, Hubei, and Guizhou. He also provided legislative suggestions to the amendment of the Social Security Law and the Work-Related Injury Insurance Regulation. He published various articles such as “A Study on Mental Suffering Compensation,” “Workers’ Rights and Obligations,” “Analysis of Husband and Wife’s Common Property,” and “Compensation for Work-Related Injury and Traffic Accident Injury.” He also published the book “Lawyer Leads You through a Work-Related Injury Case,” pointing out a right way for injured workers with difficulties in fighting for their rights.
