于帆 Yu Fan

于帆简历

　　于帆，北京市农民工法律援助工作站律师。学历本科 毕业于中国政法大学。此前取得医学、汉语言文学、法学三个方面的大专文凭。1992年通过全国律师资格考试，1996年取得执业证。曾在大型医院及金融机构从事管理及法务工作。代理过的案件涉及民事、商事、金融、劳动等诸多领域，具有较丰富的法律实践与经验。

　　2009年1月到工作站从事专职法律援助工作。为农民工提供法律咨询及代理农民工进行维权工作。在为农民工服务过程中，其始终坚持将调解工作贯穿援助全过程。即使进入仲裁或诉讼程序依然通过多方式手段促使当事人双方协商解决，力争在最短的时间内使农民工的利益得到实现。

　　Yu Fan is a Beijing Migrant Worker Legal Aid Workstation attorney. She graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law. Before entering China University, she obtained three associate degrees in medicine, Chinese language and literature, and law. In 1992 she passed the national attorney qualifications test, and in 1996 obtained her final attorney’s license. In the past, she worked in the management and legal department for a large hospital and for a financial organization. She has extensive legal practice experience, having worked on cases involving trade, finance, civil work, labor law and many other areas.

　　In January 2009 Yu Fan began specialized legal help work at the Workstation. She provides legal consultation and represents migrant workers. Working for migrant workers rights, she tries to resolve differences through mediation. When cases do enter arbitration or litigation, she works with both sides to arrive at a solution and argues vigorously to ensure that migrant workers benefit in the shortest time possible.
