Mr. Tong Lihua was interviewed by News 1+1 hosted by CCTV. Combining with the top 10 issues of children rights’ protection in 2011, he gave his ideas about some children’s rights such as domestic violence, the controversial distinction between rape and sleeping with prostitutes who are under 14 years old, among other issues.
