佟丽华 简介
佟丽华，北京致诚律师事务所主任、北京青少年法律援助与研究中心主任、北京致诚农民工法律援助与研究中心主任、中国政法大学刑事法律援助研究中心联席主任、北京市农村法治研究会会长、北京市未成年人法学研究会会长，担任全国律师协会法律援助委员会主任和未成年人保护专业委员会主任等社会职务，北京市人大代表，被称为“中国公益法领域的领军人物”，美国耶鲁大学、哥伦比亚大学访问学者，国内多所大学客座教授。从事公益法律事业十年多来，全国超过40万未成年人和农民工因他所推动的免费法律服务而直接受益，为此受到社会各界的充分肯定，先后被授予中国保护未成年人十大杰出公民、首届维护职工权益十大杰出律师、中国十大社会公益之星、2005年度中国十大法治人物、首届全国十佳法律援助工作者、北京十大杰出青年、中国青年五四奖章、全国五一劳动奖章、全国劳动模范等众多荣誉称号。
Bio of Tong Lihua
Tong Lihua, Director of Beijing Zhicheng Law Firm, Director of Beijing Children’s Legal Aid and Research Centre, Director of Beijing Zhicheng Migrant Workers’ Legal Aid and Research Center, Associate Director of Criminal Legal Aid Research Center of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, President of Beijing Rural Areas Rule of Law Institute, President of Beijing Child Law Institute. Mr. Tong is also the legislative representative of the Beijing People’s Congress as well as Director of the Child Protection Committee and Director of Legal Aid Committee of All China Lawyers Association. Mr. Tong use to be the visiting scholar for Yale University and Columbia University and is the guest lecturer for numerous Chinese Universities.
Tong Lihua has been actively engaged in public interest law for ten years. In the last ten years, more than 200,000 minors and migrant workers have benefited directly from the free legal service provided by Mr. Tong and his team. Thus, he is widely recognized by the society and has been awarded as China’s Top Ten Outstanding Juvenile Protection Citizen, Top Ten Outstanding Workers’ Rights Protection Attorney, China Top Ten Legal Practitioner, China Top Ten Public Interest Advocate, China Outstanding Youth Medal, China Outstanding 5•1 Medal, National Model Worker etc. He is known as “Chinas Public Interest Law Leader”.
