刑事法律援助工作座谈会召开

 2012年6月15日上午，中国政法大学刑事法律援助研究中心召开刑事法律援助工作座谈会。会议由中心执行主任吴宏耀、副主任姚艳姣联合主持，结合新刑诉法，就死刑复核案件、农民工和未成人刑事案件的法律援助展开讨论。中央民族大学法学院院长张泽涛、对外经济贸易大学副教授陈学权、《中国社会科学》编辑郭烁、北京师范大学刑事法律科学研究院雷小政、 中国政法大学诉讼法研究院罗海敏、 德恒律师事务所王兆峰律师、炜衡律师事务所温克志律师、《法制日报》记者朱磊受邀参加了会议。

On the morning of June 15, 2012, China University of Political Science and Law Criminal Legal Aid Research Center convened a symposium on criminal legal aid work.  The conference was co-chaired by Center Executive Director Wu Hongyao and Deputy Director Yao Yanjiao, and discussed a combination of the new Criminal Procedure Law, death penalty review cases, and the development of migrant workers and juvenile criminal legal aid cases. Invitees also in attendance included: Zhang Zetao, Dean of Minzu University of China, Chen Xuequan, Associate Professor at University of International Business and Economics, Guo Shuo, Editor of “Chinese Social Sciences," Lei Xiaozheng of the Institute of Criminal Legal Science Research at Beijing Normal University, Luo Haiming of the Procedural Law Research Institute at China University of Political Science and Law, Deheng Lawyers Office‘ Wang Zhaofeng, Weiheng Lawyers Office‘ Wen Kezhi, and Zhu Lei, journalist for “Legal Daily."
