姚艳姣简介
姚艳姣，毕业于华中科技大学，新闻学硕士，北京市致诚律师事务所律师。
成为一名公益律师之前，在最高人民检察院影视中心《法治中国传媒》从事法治传媒工作，有着较为丰富的媒介经历和资源。2008年通过国家司法考试，2009年加入致诚公益律师团队，制作《为了正义——致诚公益十年》专题片和宣传画册，编辑《致诚简报》;2010年，负责农村法治项目执行，编辑《农村法治通讯》，针对全国30个群体性征地纠纷案件撰写的分析报告入选佟丽华主编的《中国农村法治热点问题研究》，参与编辑《处理涉农纠纷指导读本》;2011年，负责全国律协中央专项彩票公益金法律援助项目执行，具体与全国律协、中国法律援助基金会、各省农民工法律援助专门机构沟通协调;2012年，负责刑事法律援助项目执行，致诚公益与中国政法大学合作成立中国政法大学刑事法律援助研究中心，现任中国政法大学刑事法律援助研究中心副主任。
Yao Yanjiao received her Master’s Degree from the School of Journalism at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Prior to becoming a public interest lawyer, Ms. Yao served as Writer, Director, and Chief Editor of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate Television and Media Center’s "The Rule of Law in China," amassing rich media experience and resources. After passing the bar exam in 2008, Ms. Yao joined Zhicheng Public Interest Lawyers in 2009 to create the “Strive for Justice-10 Years of Zhicheng Public Interest” documentary, and edited the Zhicheng Bulletin. In 2010, Ms. Yao led the Rural Areas Rule of Law Project, editing, “Rural Areas Rule of Law Report,” and “Guide to Managing Agricultural Disputes.” Her written analysis of 30 national rural land expropriation cases was selected as part of, “Research on Chinese Rural Rule of Law Questions,” edited by Tong Lihua. In 2011, Ms. Yao was responsible for the National Special Public Interest Legal Aid Lottery Project, specifically coordinating communications with the All China Bar Association, the China Legal Aid Foundation, and each province’s Migrant Workers’ Specialized Legal Aid Agency. In 2012, she implemented the Criminal Legal Aid Project, which established the China University of Political Science and Law Criminal Legal Aid Research Center with the cooperation of the China University of Political Science and Law and Zhicheng Public Interest Lawyers. Ms. Yao currently serves as the Deputy Director of the China University of Political Science and Law Criminal Legal Aid Research Center.
