The Migrant Workers’ Center has participated in the formulation and revision of relevant laws and regulations such as Labor Disputes Mediation and Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China, Work Injury Insurance Regulations, Beijing Legal Aid Ordinance, and the Social Security Act and put forward a large number of constructive recommendations.
2009年8月5日，中心针对《社会保险法》工伤保险部分以及《工伤保险条例》修改立法建议召开媒体见面会。
On 5 August 2009, the Migrant Workers’ Center held a press conference on Work Injury Insurance of the Social Insurance Law, as well as made recommendations for revision on Work Injury Insurance Regulations.
