李科峰简介
李科峰毕业于中国政法大学，专业是经济法。随后又在获得华东政法大学的法学硕士学位，专业是法理学。2008年4月起，李科峰加入北京市农民工法律援助工作站，负责全国15家农民工法律援助机构的日常管理工作。参与《推动律师参与农民工公益法律服务项目实施办法(试行)》的制定，参与对地方农民工法律援助机构和地方专职律师的年终评估，根据评估结果，确定资金的分配和梯队建设。参与澳大利亚政府资助为各地农民工法律援助机构配备办公设备项目的执行，旨在进一步提高各地农民工法律援助机构的工作效率。负责与亚洲法律资源中心有关失地农民权利保护的项目研究工作，以深入了解失地农民面临的现实困境。李科峰参与农民工法律援助案件的办理，为农民工提供免费的法律服务，维护弱势群体的合法权利。
Li Kefeng graduated from the China University of Political Science and Law, majoring in economic law. Afterwards Mr. Li obtained the master of law degree at the East China University of Political Science and Law, specializing in jurisprudence. In April 2008, Mr. Li joined Beijing Migrant Workers’ Legal Aid Station, in charge of the daily management and supervision of 15 migrant workers’ legal aid organizations across the nation. Mr. Li participated in the drafting of Implementation (trial) Measures for Promoting Attorney Participation in the Migrant Worker Public Interest Legal Services Project. Mr. Li performed annual evaluation of local migrant workers’ legal aid organizations and public interest attorneys, and decided funding distribution and organization construction according to the evaluation results. Mr. Li helped carry out the Australian Government-subsidized project that provided office equipment for migrant workers’ legal aid organizations, enhancing the working efficiency of those organizations. Mr. Li is also in charge of the research project of the Asian Law Resources Center that studies practical difficulties facing farmers who lost their lands and the protection of their rights.
Li Kefeng handles migrant workers’ legal aid cases, provides free legal services for the migrant workers, and advocates for the rights of the unprivileged people.
