“农民工中心”通过两部热线电话(010-63813362、63859982)、来信来访咨询、网上咨询(中国农民工维权网http://www.zgnmg.org)等多种方式向农民工提供免费的咨询服务，由专职律师提出具体的处理意见，指导农民工依法有效维权。从2005年9月8日至2009年9月7日，农民工中心接待来访、电话和网络咨询23183件，涉及农民工104459人次，涉及金额7亿5千7百万元以上。其中，拖欠农民工工资案件8768件，工伤案件5428件，其他类包括认定劳动关系、解除合同经济补偿案件等8987件。(附图)
The Migrant Workers’ Center provides migrant workers with free legal advice in various ways: through two hot-lines (010-63813362, 63859982), in-person, mail-in and web consultations (http://www.zgnmg.org)and guide them to protect their legal rights in accordance with the law. From 8 September 2005 to 7 September 2009, the Migrant Workers’ Center provided legal advice to 23,183 cases involving around 104,459 migrant workers and exceeding RMB 757million. There were 8,768 cases involving wages in arrears, 5,428 work injury cases and 8,987 other cases involving labor relations and redundancy payments. (Please refer to the graph below).
