2012年6月5日，检察日报发表题为“共同关注，为幼有所长一起努力”的文章，对于失依儿童的问题，佟丽华主任建议建立以政府为主导的多元主体共同救助制度，强化政府的救助责任，从源头上预防和治理以防止未成年人因贫困流浪的问题。
On June 5th 2012, Procuratorial Daily carried an article titled “everyone should focus on and work for children’s health growth”. Focusing on homeless children, Mr. Tong Lihua suggested the support system should be built by diverse bodies, and especially that governments should play key role in the system. Meanwhile, the governments’ responsibility should be strengthened in the system to address the problems from the source and prevent minors from slipping into poverty and vagrancy.
