王芳简介
王芳，毕业于中国政法大学，北京市农民工法律援助工作站的律师。从2005年7月毕业之后，我就来到了工作站从事专职的农民工法律援助工作。除了向农民工提供免费法律咨询、代理其向劳动仲裁和法院起诉等直接法律服务之外，我的主要工作是总结其他各位律师在提供免费法律服务中存在的问题，并根据律师经验提出相应的建议和对策。针对不同的问题，分别写出了工伤案件报告、拖欠工资案件报告等报告。
到目前为止，参与编写的出版物包括：《如何追讨欠薪》、《如何签订劳动合同》、《谁动了他们的权利?——中国农民工维权案例精析》、《谁动了他们的权利?——中国农民工维权问题研究》、《办理农民工案件实用手册》等。
2007年，曾作为美国大使馆“国际访问者”项目访问美国的华盛顿特区、波士顿、底特律、丹佛和旧金山。同年，赴瑞士日内瓦学习联合国人权机构和人权条约。2008年曾作为访问学者在耶鲁大学进修。
Wang Fang, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2005, now is the full-time lawyer of Beijing Legal Aid Office for Migrant Workers after graduation. Besides providing free legal consultations to migrant workers, representing them in labor arbitration and courts, my main work is empirically analyzing problems based on the cases our lawyers deal with and making targeting suggestions. According to different issues, I have finished thesis on work-related injury cases, unpaid cases and etc.
Up to now I have contributed to several publications, including “How to Demand My Hard-earned Wages,” “How to Make Labor Contracts,” “Who Infringed Their Rights-Cases and Analysis”, “Who Infringed Their Rights-Research on Migrant Workers’ Rights Protection” and “Legal Aid for Migrant Workers-A Handbook on Case Handling”.
In 2007, Wang Fang had invited by U.S Embassy as the member of “International Leaders Program” to visit Washington D.C., Boston, Detroit, Denver and San Francesco; and also went to Geneva to study human rights bodies and human rights conventions in United Nations. In 2008, Wang Fang studied at Yale as a visiting scholar.
